In most cases Practice Makes Product works on a custom basis. After a brief introduction and learning more about your challenges, we would provide you with a quote for multiple possible approaches. You then decide the best fit!

Startup Consultancy Packages
Basic consultancy retainer
4 x 30-45min sessions within 4 months: product strategy and process focused, includes recommendations & feedback on various artefacts, actions and changes
Advanced consultancy retainer
5 x 45min sessions within 4 months: focus similar to the basic retainer, additionally including more engaged feedback loop and a summary report of recommendations for next steps. If relevant this may include prioritisation, product improvements, potential pivots, etc.
Bespoke consultancy retainer
A package including a set of progress sessions, group workshops, stakeholder advisory sessions and various customised follow-up and reports.
Rolling monthly agreement
Activities decided on an ad-hoc basis, depending on the capacity and challenges in place. Among other activities, this may typically include:
Analysis of existing product discovery artefacts and findings
Facilitating workshops around product (re)validation, brainstorming, prioritisation and alignment
Review and feedback of career progression frameworks and employee retention practices
Helping define processes, tools and best practice
Regular coaching support sessions with stakeholders and the team
Mentorship and Coaching Packages
Individual mentorship & support package
6 x 1hr sessions within up to 6 months: focusing on goal setting, challenges and improvements in a specific professional area, presentation and communication skills. If relevant this may also include personal development or guidance around job-seeking or other changes.
Rolling monthly agreement
Regular sessions with up to 5 people every 1-3 weeks. Focus not limited to but may include:
current challenges and process improvements
stakeholder communication and alignment
confidence, presentation and communication skills
